Autonomous non-profit organization ITO (Information Technologies in Education) is established in 2003 for scientific and educational potential development in Russian Federation. Its activities include organizing and carrying out conferences, forums, competitions, contests, symposia, seminars and other scientific events; organizing and supporting new technologies and software development in IT sphere; carrying out scientific, consulting, expert and other activities.

"Information Technologies in Education" international congress organised by NPO ITO unites about 10 theoretical and practical conference exhibitions and seminars that take place in various regions of Russia.
